Help & contact
We're a small team and we read every message. Send us a note below — questions, bugs, feedback, or a hand with your tree — and a real person will get back to you.
🌱
Getting started
Your tree starts with you — add parents and invite family from the tree screen. Each invite is linked to a card, so relatives join as themselves.
🔒
Privacy
Your tree is private and invite-only. Only people your family invites can see it. See the Privacy page for details.
📦
Your data
You can export everything as a GEDCOM file anytime from your tree. To delete your account, just ask us here.
